Undergraduate students considering a withdrawal from a semester they are currently enrolled in or considering a leave of absence for a future semester should contact Case Management and Victim Support Services (CMVSS) to discuss their options. CMVSS is available to assist all undergraduate students, including School of Professional Advancement (SOPA) undergraduates. CMVSS will help the student understand their options and complete necessary paperwork. They will also assist in notifying the appropriate offices at Tulane, such as Financial Aid. To connect with CMVSS for benefits, services, or leave related to pregnancy and childbirth, please complete the Student Childbirth and Pregnancy Request Form. Once you complete the form, a case manager from CMVSS will reach out to you within 2 business days. You can also contact CMVSS through the following options: visit the Lavin-Bernick Center G02 (M-F 8:30 am – 5 pm); call 504-314-2160 (M-F 8:30 am – 5 pm); email srss@tulane.edu. To learn more about the medical withdrawal and leave process, please visit CMVSS’s Medical Withdrawal, Leave, and Return page. Learn more about CMVSS.
